ഈ ഭൂമിയുടെ യഥാർത്ഥ അവകാശികൾ ആരാണ് ? പ്രകൃതിയെ സ്നേഹിക്കുകയും സംരക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവർ .ഈ ഭൂമിയുടെ ഹൃദയസ്പന്ദനം കേൾക്കുന്നവർ .ആദിവാസികളാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ നോക്കിയാൽ ഈ മണ്ണിന്റെ മക്കൾ . അവരെ അവരുടെ സ്വാഭാവിക ജീവിതശൈലി പിൻതുടരാൻ അനുവദിക്കുകയാണ് വേണ്ടത് .
ആദിവാസികൾ വളരെയധികം പ്രകൃതിയെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നവരാണ് . സ്വജനങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം കാടിന്റെ അകത്ത് അവർ തനതായ ജീവിതരീതി പിൻതുടരുന്നു . താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള തരത്തിൽ ജീവിക്കുവാൻ അവരെ അനുവദിക്കണം . ആദിവാസികളുടെ കാനനവാസത്തിന് ചേരാത്ത ഒന്നാണ്‌ കാടിനരികിൽ കോണ്‍ക്രീറ്റ് വീടുകൾ പണിയുന്നത് .
ആദിവാസി കാടിനകത്തു സ്വന്തസംസ്കാരത്തെ വിളംബരം ചെയ്യുന്ന ജീവിതം നയിക്കട്ടെ. ആദിവാസികളെ പരിഷ്കൃതരാക്കുമ്പോൾ അവരുടെ കല , സംസ്കാരം , പാരമ്പര്യമായി കിട്ടിയ അറിവുകൾ എന്നിവ നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതെ കാത്തുസൂക്ഷിക്കണം .

We are destroying their habitat and their options to live. Destruction of forest forces them to come out into ‘alien land’. Their they struggle to find a living. Then we force them out of their land and then destroy them.
If you dont know, Paniya’s are the largest tribal community in Kerala. May be the original inhabitants of this land ‘Kerala’. Their situation today is very bad. We the civilized are indirectly undertaking their genocide.
